With the shortage of oil reserves,the greenhouse effect and the increasing environmental pollution,the pollution of automobiles has drawn more attention as an important source of energy consumption and environmental pollution.And one after another countries have announced the petrol car to stop production,began to appear in various forms of new energy vehicles,such as fuel cell vehicles,pure electric vehicles,hybrid vehicles.The most important issue that new energy vehicels are now facing is the battery life and consumer comfort requirements.Air conditioning as an important part of the car,it is a kind of vehicle air and driver,passenger comfort adjustment device,the car humidity,temperature,air cleanliness and air circulation to the people’s comfort level.In all kinds of weather conditions,new energy vehicles also need to ensure that drivers and passengers in a comfortable compartment,as we have learned,the main source of energy for new energy vehicles is supplied by battery power,so a set of high Energy-efficient car air-conditioning system is particularly important.This article is based on cooperation with enterprises requirements,design and build a set of cooling capacity of 11 kw dual system car air conditioning.The air conditioning system consists of two identical sets of systems.When the interior environment is under low load,The only one side of air condition can be turned on to save energy and meet the comfort of passengers.Then according to the four basic structure of air conditioning system,namely compressor,expansion valve,evaporator,condenser,respectively,the corresponding simulation model has been established.In order to reduce the error between the calculation model and the actual working condition,the connection pipe calculation model between the components is also added.Finally,through the three conservation laws and the continuous medium assumption,the calculation models of all the components are integrated.The construction method of the whole air conditioner system model is preliminarily analyzed.Based on this,a calculation model of the system charge volume is established and the best theoretical charge is obtained by the simulation numeration.Finally,the theoretical model of the refrigerant charge is verified by experiment and the theoretical model of the refrigerant charge is revised.The results show that both the cooling capacity and the COP increase with the inlet temperature of the evaporator,the inlet air flow of the evaporator and the air flow at the condenser inlet Increases,and decreases as the condenser inlet temperature increases.Experimental results and simulation results are close to verify the accuracy of the theoretical model and feasibility;through the refrigerant charge quantity model is amended,the correction coefficient is obtained,and the simulation model of calculation can be applied to the actual production and life directly. |
