With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry,the automotive air conditioning industry has been growing rapidly.At the same time,the environmental protection of automotive air conditioning has also attracted extensive attention.In the maintenance process of automobile air conditioner,if the refrigerant of automobile air conditioner is directly discharged in gaseous form,it is equivalent to a kind of greenhouse gas,which not only wastes resources but also pollutes the environment.Therefore,it is very important to study the technology and device of refrigerant recovery and filling.In this paper,through analyzing the research and application status of refrigerant recovery,purification and filling process and related filling equipment of automobile air conditioning,the recovery,filling and purification process flow applicable to the refrigerant recovery and filling equipment is formulated,and based on the designed process flow,the relatively advanced improvement scheme of refrigerant recovery and filling equipment is proposed.The parameters of expansion valve,one-way valve,pressure protection switch,compressor oil separator,drying filter,vacuum pump,pressure protection switch,weighing sensor,solenoid valve and other components of the refrigerant recovery and filling machine are calculated and matched.The correlation and assembly mode of each part of the refrigerant recovery and filling machine are analyzed,and a prototype is assembled.According to the infrared theory,the infrared gas sensor test system composed of infrared light source,gas chamber and detector is constructed,and the infrared refrigerant identification module is tested.The purity of R134a refrigerant is more than 96%passing the test and entering the recovery link.The vacuum pressure maintaining method is used to test the sealing performance of the equipment to ensure that the floating value of vacuum pressure maintaining is less than 5%in 20 minutes.The equipment was connected to the real vehicle,and the weight and time of refrigerant recovery,system vacuum degree and vacuumizing time,and refrigerant recovery rate were tested.The inspection results were in accordance with JT/T774-2010 "technical specification for refrigerant recovery,purification and filling of automotive air conditioning" and JT/T783-2010 "refrigerant recovery,purification and filling equipment for automobile air conditioning".Finally,using ANSYS Workbench software,the simulation model of the compressor used in the refrigerant recovery and filling equipment of automobile air conditioning is established.The modal analysis shows that resonance phenomenon will not occur in the normal working range of the filling machine.
