Actuator simulation load test system is a semi-physical simulation equipment,which is used to simulate the various moment loads on the jet nozzles of the rocket.The test actuator load performance has a great significance in the aerospace field.This paper mainly study simulated load test system's structural optimization and loading performance of elastic load and friction torque loading.Through the theory and experiment analysis,put forward the main influencing factors and structure optimization scheme of the actuator load accuracy.The feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified.The main research work is as follows.First of all,research on the friction torque loading performance.Using tribology theory of axial and radial load of the friction torque theoretical analysis and calculation and using Ansys Workbench simulation analysis of the same torque,the axial and radial load on the friction torque accuracy.The results show that the axial load ratio of friction torque is stable and the precision of radial load the fluctuation of the friction torque is high.To solve the axial load,friction torque stability improve axial loading,this paper analyzes the friction coefficient,load pressure,friction in the contact surface radius of the friction torque loading performance influence factors of the friction torque.The loading coefficient of friction,friction in the contact surface radius and friction pair structure size and distribution was optimized.Through the simulation of friction temperature field calculation,verified the effect of the temperature field of friction torque loading process is optimized in the change of the friction torque loading performance decreases,improves the accuracy of loading.Secondly,research on the elastic torque loading performance.In order to improve the service life of the steel plate spring and load capability,this paper analyzes the spring force,based on material mechanics and elastic mechanics theory to establish the mathematical model of spring steel structure optimization,the mathematical model is solved by Matlab optimization tool box and genetic algorithm.Using Ansys Workbench simulate analysis and verify the optimized structure of the rationality of spring elastic loading.Finally,the experimental research and Analysis on the performance of torque loading.Before optimization,simulation loading performance load testing system to compare the experimental animals after,the experimental results show that the simulation of single loading load testing system of friction torque optimization,elastic torque alone loading precision and stability are greatly improved,verify the feasibility optimization scheme...
