Research On The Key Technology Of Low-wave Friction Moment Load Simulator

As the main ground test equipment for the aircraft rudder gear performance test,the load simulator can simulate the various stress conditions of the steering gear under the real working conditions.In the course of its complexity and nonlinearity.Based on this,this topic studies the mechanism of low fluctuation friction characteristics of dynamic friction,and aims to solve the problem of low fluctuation friction simulation of friction moment in the static working state.In the realization of the nonlinear fluctuations of the friction itself,the cause of the friction moment,mainly lies in the conversion of the maximum static friction,stribeck effect and viscous friction.For the comparative analysis of the friction model proposed in recent years,based on the Lu Gre physical significance of the parameters in the friction model,the results show that the surface stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient of the friction model have great influence on friction loading fluctuations,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of friction materials and friction conditions.For the torque fluctuations caused by mechanical structure and working conditions,after determining the friction loading mode,the friction subfit,sensor connection stiffness,load gap and fluctuations in the loading process of friction structure are analyzed.According to the calculus algorithm,the calculation formula of the friction moment is derived,which analyzes the influence of the friction sheet structure parameters on the friction moment fluctuation,and analyzes the friction loading fluctuation by reducing the lubrication film viscosity and the surface shear stiffness.It provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of friction loading structure,friction sheet parameter design and friction loading temperature.In order to assess the influence of the low fluctuation friction on the steering gear performance test,the mathematical model of the load simulation system and the steering gear system is established,and the position error of the steering gear test affects the reliability of the steering gear test.Finally,the friction moment load test experiment is carried out on the constructed load simulator.Through different material performance tests and different friction loading structures,it is found that the fluctuation of friction loading is effectively suppressed,which can meet the requirements of low-fluctuation friction load test of the load simulator.
