Industrial plant plays an important role in the development of national economy,with the extension of service life.Some parts of industrial plants have different degrees of damage.China is in an important period of reconstructing old houses and it is a transitional stage which emphasizes modernization and maintenance.The task of the reliability assessment and reinforcement of the structure is very important.A large number of buildings that have been in service for many years need testing and reliability identification,assess the reliability of building structures as a whole,based on the results of testing and reliability appraisal analysis,and then determine the corresponding reliability level,the specific parts and components that do not meet the requirements of the reliability of the building are pointed out,and the corresponding treatment opinions are put forward.The main building of a steelmaking was built in 1958.Completed and put into operation in 1960.The factory building has been reformed,expanded and strengthened many times.The second expansion of the plant is in 1976.Due to external environmental erosion,physical effects and other external factors,there was a serious damage to the structure.At the same time,as the main span of the plant to upgrade the crane,the load of the main span crane increases after the upgrade.The bearing capacity of the structure or component may not meet the requirements of the current specification.In this case,it is necessary to identify and reinforce the reliability of the workshop structure.The scope of the inspection and identification is bearing structure and enclosure structure of the main span?the transition span and the secondary span.Stress and strain test is carried out by selecting the crane girder which between 27/? and 28/? axes of the main span where crane running frequently.The transverse and longitudinal dynamic displacement amplitude test and spectrum characteristic test of the 27/? column and the 40/? column are done respectively on the top of the column and the crane corbel.Checking the bearing capacity of the structure according to the results of the test and identification,it is found that the bearing capacity of the plant can not meet the requirements.The reinforcement scheme is put forward according to the specific situation of the factory building.The vibration mode and column axial compression ratio of the reinforced building are calculated by using the finite element software SAP2000.According to the results of the calculation to meet the requirements of the specification,then it is confirmed that the reinforced structure is safe and reliable.The finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the transient analysis of the crane beam,the error analysis of the simulation results is also made.By comparing with the field measured data,the reliability of the ANASYS simulation results of the finite element software is verified.In the future,the stress and strain detection of the crane beam can be used to obtain reliable data by this method.
