The reduction of oil resources and the control of environmental pollution problems have become an important driving force for the wide application of LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)fuel.Compared with the traditional diesel fuel,the special physical and chemical properties of LNG fuel lead to the complexity of the use process,which challenges the application of LNG fuel in the field of ship power.At the same time,in order to ensure the rational and safe use of LNG fuel,it is necessary to study the safety monitoring system for the fuel supply system.This paper takes 20000 cases of LNG/ diesel dual fuel large container ship as the research object,and studies the LNG fuel supply system and its safety monitoring system according to the actual demand.First,the structure of LNG fuel supply system is analyzed.In the process of using LNG fuel,the LNG fuel supply system is divided into fuel injection system and gas supply system.The structure and working principle of LNG fuel injection system and gas supply system are analyzed.Secondly,according to the relevant design specifications,the 20000 case LNG/ diesel dual fuel large container ship LNG fuel injection system is studied.The design scheme of the filling system is put forward,and the concrete filling process is expounded,so as to verify the feasibility of the system.The pipe size of the system is calculated,including the pipe diameter and wall thickness parameters of each part,and the equipment selection of the valve parts,accessories,sensors and other equipment used in the system is given to provide the basis for the hardware configuration of the system.At the same time,the emergency response of filling system is studied,and the emergent emergency is analyzed,and the corresponding solution is given.Thirdly,the LNG gas supply system is designed.The gas supply system is divided into the main gas supply branch and the BOG branch,and the system design diagram is obtained.Combined with the design process of the system,the feasibility of the design plan is explained.The system piping size is calculated,and the key equipments in the system are cryogenic submersible pump,vaporizer and heater.The important parameters of the BOG compressor are calculated to provide the basis for the system configuration.At the same time,the main equipment and pipe arrangement of the gas supply system are studied,and the space can be effectively saved on the basis of ensuring the system safety.At last,according to the LNG fuel supply system designed in this paper,the safety monitoring system is studied,the design requirements of the safety monitoring system are analyzed,and the overall plan of the safety monitoring system is obtained.It is divided into three parts,the filling system,the main gas supply line and the BOG pipeline.Finally,we get the logic of safety monitoring and control.
