| With the large amount of money provided for the construction of basic facilities, highway is developing at unparalleled speed in China. As a special form of highway, tunnel is being used more and more frequently in western mountain area. The tunnel power supply surveillance system, which can guarantee the normal operation of electromachanical equipment, is of great significance to the safety, automation and the enhancement of the management of tunnel. According to the present situation of tunnel in China, we take into consideration of the tunnel power supply surveillance system, by employing computer technology, automation technology and network communication technology, the design of the tunnel power supply surveillance system with the characteristic of rational structure, good economy and easy to use is implemented. The system can enhance the quality and reliability of power supply system, reduce the maintain work and promote the automation level of the tunnel power supply surveillance system.First of all, the overall system design is accomplished. The overall system analysis carried out in the aspects of design schema, facility constitution and communication form. Based on the property of decentralized control system and distributed control system, we divide the whole system into several subsystems and three levels with different controllers and fieldbus.Then, the system hardware integration is done according to the system structure and requirement. We choose IPC, PLC and data acquisition equipment as the hardware devices in each level, and select Ethernet, Controller Link and DeviceNet fieldbus as the communication form between each level. The hardware connection and system parameter configuration are also completed.Moreover, the software system of the tunnel power supply surveillance system is designed. Based on the communication protocols, the data transfer program is provided. The surveillance program is designed on the platform of MCGS configuration software platform. The surveillance program has the ability of showing the curve of the real time parameters, storing the system data and looking over the history records, which realizes the automation and intelligence of the surveillance system.Finally, the designed system is tested in the aspect of hardware device, communication system and surveillance software. The result shows that: the designed system works well, satisfying the demand of tunnel power supply system. The practical value is also demonstrated by an actual tunnel power supply surveillance example. |
