Valuation And Hatching Strategy Of Venture Capital In Automobile Industry

As China's industrial upgrading continues to accelerate,the demand for innovation and entrepreneurship continues to increase and venture investment ushered in tremendous opportunities for development.For venture capital,project value evaluation and project incubation are important links that determine success or failure.However,at present,there are few theoretical results in-depth research in the venture capital industry.In practice,it is also difficult to evaluate the value of the project,and it is difficult to guide the incubation in the later stage.Therefore,it is important to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation model and incubation method for venture capital projects.This paper makes an in-depth study on the two stages of the incubation of venture capital projects in the automobile industry,namely,the project value evaluation stage and the project incubation and operation stage.This paper adopts the methods of literature collection,case analysis and mathematical model.First of all,the value of the venture project is divided into operating asset value and increasing asset value by drawing on the financial investment valuation method.The operating asset value is valued by the discounted cash flow method and the increasing asset value is valued by the real option method.Then,the venture project value evaluation model is obtained according to the characteristics of the industry.Then,this paper summarizes the mainstream incubation mode of domestic business incubators at this stage,focusing on the analysis of the incubation mode of vertical industry incubators.Thirdly,taking Suzhou Automobile Research Institute in Tsinghua as a case,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the incubation mode of Suzhou Automobile Research Institute in Tsinghua:based on "four-wheel drive",the " three-level incubation" system and innovative service.Finally,this paper applies the value evaluation model to evaluate the dynamic value of green control transmission,the incubation result of Tsinghua Suzhou Automobile Research Institute,and the evaluation result is close to the actual operation result.The conclusion of this paper is that the two-step venture capital project valuation method proposed in this paper is reasonable and feasible in daily practice.Based on the case of Suzhou Automobile Research Institute in Tsinghua,the hatching strategy is relatively mature which helps to improve the success rate of venture capital projects.Therefore,the above research has operability and great promotion value in venture capital practice.The operation theory and evaluation method constructed in this paper will help enrich the vertical industry incubator research and provide clear case study results for the industry,thus improving the innovation incubation and value evaluation management decision-making level of the automobile industry.The innovation of this paper lies in the construction of the value evaluation model and incubator incubation strategy of the auto industry venture capital project on the research content.The case has certain industry influence,and the case data and data have unique value.
