Research On The Application Of SH Joint-venture Railway Fund Management Mode

With the deepening of reform and opening up,rail transport as land transport in the transport capacity of the largest,the highest safety,energy consumption,the smallest mode of transport,bold exploration,deepening reform,access to unprecedented opportunities for development.In the 1980 s,China established the first joint railway-Sanmao Railway.In the 1990 s,the joint venture railway gradually gained more policy support and standardized development.In the 21 st century,the joint venture railway began to enter the period of rapid development.Wu Guang,Zheng Xi Such as the newly opened railway to take joint venture construction and operation of the model.In 2013,the State withdrew the Ministry of Railways and set up the National Railway Corporation,which provides a good opportunity for further opening up of railway construction and operation policies.The relaxation of policies and the influx of funds have made the joint venture railway increasingly become an important direction for the development and operation of railway construction in China and has promoted the rapid development of China's railway industry.Over the years,the joint venture railway production and construction,transportation management and business model and other related aspects of research enthusiasm is very high for the rapid development of joint-venture railway has made tremendous contributions.However,the capital management of the joint venture railway as an important area of financial management,but has not yet been particularly in-depth study.Based on the analysis of the joint venture railway management model,this paper analyzes the application of the railway management model of Shuo-huang joint venture railway,analyzes the existing problems of the joint railway with the exact example,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions on these problems and applies it to the reality.
