The party’s Nineteenth Congress made it clear:New concept for high quality development and building beautiful China.In recent years,although the construction industry,which is large and not strong,has played a significant role in the development of cities,it is also the main cause of environmental pollution,the constant warning of urban haze and the continuous waste of energy resources.At this stage,China’s labor costs are getting higher and higher,construction workers are increasingly difficult to find,and the population is aging.The labor bonus is disappearing.As a basic livelihood project,housing is an inevitable trend in how to guarantee "Home Ownership" and how to solve the housing problem of the Chinese people as quickly as possible.The implementation of "green,circular,low-carbon development" advantages in industrialized housing has become a must.OK,the general trend.With the launch of a series of national policies for the development of industrialized residential buildings,and the issuance and promotion of related standards and regulations,the industrialized residential buildings in China have shown vigorous development.This article takes "industrialized residential construction project management" as the research content,takes the actual project as the research object,and through the in-depth research and analysis of the construction phase of the project,it finds that the industrialized residential project is organized and managed internally,coordinated by the participating parties,problems in engineering construction quality control,engineering technology priorities and difficulties,engineering safety and environmental impacts,and investment construction risks,and concrete implementation countermeasures are given for practical problems in each area.The innovation of this paper is:At the technical level,seven innovative technologies that are different from traditional cast-in-place construction are used for industrialized residential projects,especially the application of industrialized hard-mounted ground technology and Precast Concrete Formwork(PCF)construction technology.In the control and analysis of cost and cost,the composition content,single content and loss factor of the total unit price for nine types of prefabricated components are given,which is convenient for other project costing personnel to refer to when optimizing the cost.
