GTC' Detection Ability And Applicable Conditions Study On The General Speed Railway Based On Based On Target Management

The target management method is a modern management method to achieve the best results of organizations and individuals,is widely used in the field of enterprise management,is the enterprises to obtain the best strategic objectives at the same time,for the enterprise personnel departments at all levels to realize the scientific management method,the value of their own good incentive.The GTC used in Chinese P-speed Railway is playing a more and more important in the detection and reuse,GTC capacity of general speed railway and the application conditions are the key factors of the further GTC management in the future,but the evaluation of the detection ability and applicable conditions there are many interference factors,so the goal of modern scientific management methods to promote the research and evaluation,to provide support for the study of successful results obtained,will also improve the accuracy of the results obtained in this study.Therefore,management theories and methods of effective management by objectives Method Research on general speed railway GTC detection capability and applicability is very necessary.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The third chapter through the target management in the establishment,decomposition,choose suitable in research projects,especially the methods including AHP,consistency test,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the quality veto thought targets based on complete evaluation method for this research project,enhance the scientific and practical target management method.Study on Application of target management method in the fourth chapter the key parts inspection vehicle,through empirical analysis and evaluation,the ultimate goal is the prerequisite to verify the key components of the target evaluation within the allowable range,the key components of the objective evaluation based on target management.The fifth chapter target management method in the application project of general speed railway rail car detection capabilities and applicable conditions,comprehensive test by artificial damage line and the actual line,evaluation target management based on the case study of general speed railway rail inspection car detection ability and applicable conditions.
