Based on the chassis of a 554 tractor,this article is based on a UG NX three-dimensional software design of a Power Take-off(PTO)device for tractors to meet the multi-axis power output mode of a horticultural tractor power transmission system.Realize the middle and rear multi-axis power output of the tractor,which is convenient for attaching different functional implements to realize one machine and multi-energy and improve the adaptability,reliability and working efficiency of the garden tractor.A multi-discipline optimization design and transmission efficiency test was carried out for the designed tractor PTO device.For example,the static and dynamic analysis and modal analysis of the finished PTO shell components were performed,and the kinematics analysis was performed on the PTO transmission components.Through the theoretical design and simulation analysis,the sample parts were trial-produced and assembled after the design components were optimized.At the same time,the test bench was used to load the PTO device to obtain the efficiency test data of the key components of the transmission system,and the reliability of the designed tractor PTO device was verified.Provides methods and ideas for late PTO device design.1)According to the theoretical design formulae of mechanical design and mechanical principles,design and calculation of the design components of a certain 554 type tractor structural foundation and modular design in UG NX to establish a PTO structural model.2)The tractor PTO drive system model established in Romax,through the simulation analysis and calculation of the designed drive shaft force and displacement to determine the rationality of the drive shaft design,bearing life analysis report to evaluate the rationality of the bearing selection.Based on ABAQUS,the static strength analysis and modal analysis of the PTO shell structure model respectively verify the rationality of the shell.3)Verify the reliability of the PTO housing through the DHDAS modal vibration test.Trial installation and commissioning of PTO housing and transmission components,development of a tractor PTO device transmission efficiency test program,built a tractor PTO device working simulation test stand,verify the rationality of the tractor PTO device design.
