With the development of the subway industry in our country,in addition to the improvement of the requirements of the vehicle traction technology,the new requirements for the energy saving effect of the train are also put forward.This paper,relying on the "12th Five-Year" National Science and technology support program "The next generation of the subway vehicle technology research and demonstration application",focuses on the energy-oriented high-frequency auxiliary system of metro train,energy saving optimization control of traction drive system and the running control of the train energy saving,and the results of the research are verified by the simulation and test.As for the auxiliary power supply system,firstly the traditional auxiliary converter with power frequency transformer is put forward.And then a new topology with high-frequency auxiliary converter is proposed by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the topologies.By the research on the control method of new topology,the control method is optimized and the energy-efficient operation of the auxiliary converter is realized.Aimed at energy-saving optimization technology of the traction drive system of the subway train,the structure of the traction drive system is introduced at first.Meanwhile,the paper focus on the study of the configuration of the power battery and the principle of traditional rule-based logic threshold energy management strategy.Based on it,the optimal energy management strategy which considers the energy consumption of the interval is proposed and the optimal management of the energy of the traction drive system of the subway is realized.In view of the energy saving operation control technology of subway train,the calculation principle of subway train operation is analyzed,the optimization calculation of train energy saving operation is carried out under fixed time division,and the operation results of fixed time and minimum time division are compared and analyzed,and then the train operation control is optimized by genetic optimization algorithm.In order to find the optimized idle point and configure the braking time,the energy-saving operation algorithm of the subway train is realized.
