The existence of transverse sensitivity affects the measurement accuracy of accelerometer,and therefore transverse sensitivity is an important parameter of accelerometer.According to the different motivation method,the existing method for accelerometer transverse sensitivity test at home and abroad can be divided into gravitational field method,centrifuge method and vibration excitation method according to the different excitation methods.On the basis of comparing the frequency range and the amplitude range of accelerometer,the vibration excitation method is used to test the accelerometer transverse sensitivity.Because resonant beam obtains larger vibration amplitude and smaller waveform distortion at resonance frequency.Therefore,the test system for accelerometer transverse sensitivity is designed based on the resonant beam.For the design of accelerometer transversal sensitivity test system,the following contents are studied in this paper:1.The test method of transverse sensitivity of accelerometer at home and abroad is studied,the scope of application of various testing methods is analyzed,and the measurement system of transverse sensitivity of accelerometer based on the resonant beam is determined.2.The test method of transverse sensitivity of accelerometer based on plane motion trajectory is studied.The vibration model of the resonant beam is analyzed,and the transverse sensitivity test system of accelerometer is built on the basis of the resonant beam.3.In order to control the plane motion of the resonant beam,the vibration control method of the resonant beam is studied,and the adaptive algorithm is used to control the vibration of the resonant beam.4.The vibration measurement of the resonant beam is completed.In order to achieve better control effect and get more precise transverse input of accelerometer,the vibration measurement method of resonant beam is studied.Through the comparison and analysis of the methods,the accelerometer and laser interferometer digital output signals are used to measure the vibration of the resonant beam in the test system.5.The software testing system for transverse sensitivity of accelerometer is designed.The software testing system for accelerometer transverse sensitivity is designed and implemented based on Lab VIEW programming language.6.The system of the accelerometer transverse sensitivity test is built,and the experimental verification of the Transverse sensitivity test system based on resonant beam accelerometer is completed...
