In the process of rocket launching,the gas of solid rocket motor flowing on the launching platform will generate pressure,stress and impact,that make the launch platform vibrate.These factors will affect the structure and performance of the launching platform,and also increase the initial disturbance of the projectile at the time of launch.The measurement of these physical quantities is of great significance to quantifying the impact of gas flowing on the launching platform.In this context,the purpose of this paper is to design a special small modular test system for measuring the physical quantities of solid rocket motor's gas flowing on the launch platform,such as pressure,stress and acceleration.Base on the analysis of the requirements for the testing parameters of the launch dynamics,determines the technical index and the overall design scheme of the test system.Combination of hardware and software is adopted to design and assist each other flexibly so as to realize the design requirements which is miniaturization and modularization.The small modular test system is composed of the test node and the upper computer.The test node is composed of the signal conditioning module and the data acquisition module,the test nodes are divided into amplification unit,filter unit,main control unit,human-machine interaction unit,data storage unit by function.The upper computer is built on the Lab VIEW software platform,completes the processing task of sending and receiving data and instructions.The software program based on Keil uVision5 platform,completes parameter setting,data acquisition and data storage.This test system is a star network topology,the master node is consist by the host computer,completes wireless instruction,wireless network state monitoring,test node online query and data return receiving and other tasks;The node is composed of data acquisition module,which realizes data collection and storage,wireless setting,low power standby,data return and so on.In addition,the data acquisition module node can complete the data acquisition task independently from the computer,and the off-line operation is realized through the module with the touch screen.The test results show that the test system is stable and meets the design requirements.It can complete the multi-point distribution test task in a range of 800m,and it can be applied to the actual work of launching dynamic parameter test.
