The security of the water supply affects the health of residents.In order to ensure the water quality of the water source,it is important to regularly sample and analyze water to ensure water quality is up to standard.However,the existing traditional workboats are inconvenient to operate,time-consuming and laborious,and cannot ensure the safety of workers.Underwater robots are expensive and easily damaged,making them difficult to spread widely.All of these difficulties make the water sampling cost high,the work efficiency is low,and the safety factor is not enough.Therefore,it is necessary to design a set of low-cost,high-efficiency workboats to increase sampling efficiency and ensure the safety of operators.The technologies involved in the control system in this paper mainly include embedded ARM,GPS positioning,wireless communication and motor speed regulation.The control system is divided into two parts: the onshore control subsystem which is the upper computer and the onboard subsystem which is the lower computer.The upper computer is based on the embedded ARM core board and uses Qt to develop the control interface and wireless communication function.The lower computer takes the STM32F103VET6 microcontroller as the core,and integrates positioning,wireless communication functions.Based on the actual needs of water sampling activities,this paper an ARM-based unmanned workboat control system.Firstly,this paper analyzes the design requirements of the workboat control system,and then the functions of the upper computer and the lower computer are designed respectively.Secondly,the appropriate hardware was selected according to the design scheme.Then the hardware circuit was set up.The function of the upper computer and the lower computer was developed on the basis of the hardware circuit,specifically including the upper computer's motor control interface and positioning information display interface,the reception and processing of information om the lower computer,the drive and speed regulation of the motor,and the wireless communication between the two subsystems.Finally,this paper tests the designed control system.The test results show that the system can control the motor of the workboat well,realize the forward and backward movement,acceleration and deceleration and steering of the workboat.
