| Fluorescence spectrometer is a kind of quantitative analysis instrument towards different materials.Through the detection of fluorescence spectrometer material excitation spectrum,emission spectra,quantum yield,fluorescence intensity,fluorescence lifetime and other information can be obtained.It is widely used therefore in the fields of clinical medicine,medicine,toxicological testing,health and epidemic prevention,agriculture and industry.Although leaping developments have been realized in the last ten years,most domestic relative equipment which are SCM system limits the performance of the instrument.Consequently,it is necessary to improve the instrument’s hardware system to boost its performance.The high performance,low power consumption and low cost of embedded technology make it widely used in modern fields,including medical industry.Combining such advantage,this topic will design a kind of fluorescence spectral measurement and control system based on embedded processor STM32 and network control.In this paper,the principle of fluorescence spectroscopy will be analyzed firstly,and then give the design requirements of the measurement and control system.Furthermore,the hardware and software development framework of the measurement and control system will be proposed.STM32 and Free RTOS are chosen as the necessary parts.The stepping motor circuit,signal amplification,AD conversion circuit design and the corresponding software development are realized and the network transmission program based on TCP protocol is developed on the base of STM32 and Free RTOS.The application software of the measurement and control system is designed to realize the coordination and scheduling of each module task.Through debugging,STM32-based fluorescence spectrum measurement and control system have achieved the motor drive control,data acquisition,storage and other functions,satisfying the design requirements.This topic lays the foundation for the further development of portable and miniaturized spectrometers and has theoretical sense and practical value. |
