Research On The Design Of Residential Space For Small Medium Sized Units In Northern Congregate House

In recent years,the urban population continues to grow and the land resources tend to be tense.With the accelerated urbanization process in China,the housing market is developing rapidly,and the demand for small and medium-sized households with a building area of less than 90 square meter is increasing.From " the resident has his own house" to "the resident optimizes his house ",people pay more attention to the quality of the living space,higher requirement is placed on the design of house.The small and medium size apartments are more suitable for most urban residents in terms of price and area.However,there are still many problems in the medium and small apartment in the market,such as single space structure,confusion of plane zoning,poor spatial adaptability,insufficient ventilation and lighting,insufficient space and so on.Although the size of small and medium-sized apartment is small,people’s demand for quality of living space has increased year by year.As designers,we should make reasonable optimization through various design methods,so as to increase the comfort of small and medium-sized apartments and enhance their space quality.In this paper,We choose the small and medium size houses of 80-90 square meters in north as our survey object,and a questionnaire is made to survey their family structure and living demand,in order to make clear the suitable living demand and space choice for medium and small size residents,analyzing the situation and problems in the housing market.Combined with the theory of ergonomics,the functional space of the small and medium-sized apartments is analyzed,and the living space of the small and medium-sized apartments is designed with examples.Through theoretical analysis,investigation and analysis,practical analysis and the analysis of each living space,the paper puts forward the design principles of plane layout,flexible and flexible space,comfortable and livable,efficient use of space and fine industrial design,and points out the rational and rational distribution of space area from space sequence,dynamic and static partition.The design and research strategy of optimizing space configuration,improving space applicability,improving the system of zoning and improving the visual effect of space are summed up at last.
