Research On Public Space Design Of Open Residential Area In Small And Medium-sized Cities

The development of society has promoted the construction of urban settlements in China,and the urban landscape is changing has been ch anging with each passing day.But also however it has also brought a series of social problems,especially in the development of relatively small and medi um-sized cities,the construction of closed residential public space under the guidance of the functionalist theory has become increasingly inconsistent with the actual needs of the people,and leads to several problems such as resid ential area the emergence of low utilization of service facilities,residential sp ace and urban space fragmented,lack of vitality in residential areas,increase d traffic congestion,urban space,a single function and many other social pro blems.The open design of residential public space is one of the ways to solv e these problems,but with tenants skepticism and objection about openness the r esidential district,and traditional way of thinking limited the development of designer th inks,resulting in small and medium cities in China open Residential space des ign is lagging behind.With the recent series of countries on the introduction of residential spa ce open the file,open residential construction model at the national level ha s been recognized and supported.First of all,the classical residential area pla nning ideas and residential public space design theory at home and abroad a re sorted out.In recent years,China’s residential area construction mode has been analyzed openly,combined with the analysis of public space design cas es of typical residential areas in small and medium-sized cities.Traffic system,public facilities,living space and landscape green space four open space pub lic space design main content.Finally,the corresponding problems are put for ward for the problems encountered in the design and construction of open r esidential areas in small and medium-sized cities from the aspects of the inte grity of the residential public space,the multiple order order and the constru ction of neighborhood space.
