The development of modern winding vacuum coating machine is developing at high speed and high precision.It is particularly important to study the structure design and constant tension control of the winding device.The vacuum coating machine winding mechanism has complex structure and many influencing factors.Under different working conditions,the system is coupled,nonlinear and time variant.There are many problems to be solved in the structure design,winding control strategy and detection technology.This paper first puts forward a digital design based on the combination of NX/WAVE technology and system engineering method in the design of the winding device.This method uses modular design,which can be shared among many users,avoiding the overburden of assembly structure.In order to meet the deformation design of the reel device with different specifications,a method of combining the NX/WAVE technology with PTS based on the system engineering is proposed,which makes the designer get the required product by changing the parameters and realize the complete digitization of the assembly.Then,based on the design of the winding device,the tension control system of the winding is studied in depth,and the constant tension control model of the winding is established.In order to enhance the robustness and improve the precision of tension control,fuzzy adaptive control algorithm is adopted.Fuzzy control and predictive control are combined.Fuzzy control and PID control are combined to adjust the PID controller's experience to realize the real-time tuning of PID parameters.Simulation analysis based on Matlab/Simulink shows that the fuzzy adaptive PID control has better effect on constant tension control.Finally,the winding device and the winding constant tension control scheme are applied to the actual winding equipment of the vacuum coating machine.It is proved that the constant tension control scheme improves the coating quality and effectively reduces the flying edge,burr and wrinkle.
