With the development of our society and the progress of science and technology,the demand for power from all walks of life is increasing,and the demand for transformer as the core of power system is also increasing.The main core technology of transformer manufacturing is winding,and the technical level of winding depends on the technical level of winding machine.But at present,the domestic transformer winding machine has low degree of automation,poor processing quality and production efficiency,and can not realize the automatic arrangement of the winding belt;in addition,the tension control technology is backward,the acceleration of the conveying speed,the change of the radius and the swing of the winding main shaft in the process of winding the insulating belt will cause the tension to deviate from the ideal value,resulting in the sparse arrangement between the turns of the coil,the quality of the wound coil is low.In this context,the paper designs the tension control system of transformer winding machine,and the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the technological process of transformer winding machine is analyzed,the mechanical structure of transformer winding machine is determined,and the related concepts of tension control are introduced;Secondly,the automatic wire arrangement control system of transformer winding machine is designed,the influence of wire arrangement angle on coil quality is studied,and the track of wire arrangement is analyzed.Aiming at the characteristics of high requirements for motor control algorithm in the winding process of transformer winding machine,this paper analyzes a variety of multi-motor cooperative control structures,selects parameters for MATLAB simulation combined with the actual needs of the project,selects the best algorithm,and designs the multi-motor cooperative control scheme of winding machine;Then,taking the winding system of transformer winding machine as the research object,the mechanical model of the system is analyzed.This paper introduces the idea of fuzzy control,combined with the concept of tension control to design the fuzzy tension control scheme.The control parameters are selected,and different tension is selected as the control target according to the actual needs of the project for simulation experiment verification.The feasibility and advantages of the scheme are verified by comparing with the traditional PID control rate;Finally,the design of the winding machine hardware system and the selection of hardware are carried out.The software environment of the winding machine is introduced.The software design of the transformer winding machine is carried out.At the same time,the man-machine interface matching with the system is designed to facilitate the monitoring of the operators.Through the analysis of the simulation curve of fuzzy tension system,it is verified that the tension control system based on fuzzy PID can quickly adjust the tension fluctuation in the winding process of insulating tape,and the unwinding roll torque,electromagnetic brake roll torque and main speed roll speed can buffer the change of insulating tape tension and compensate the coil tension.Through the comparison and analysis of fuzzy PID control and traditional PID control,it is verified that the fuzzy PID control scheme has faster setting time and lower steadystate error than the traditional PID control scheme in the steady-state and acceleration stages,and the system can keep the tension constant under different reference tension and transmission conditions.
