Bursting disc is a safety relief device which is widely used in industrial production,especially in the arms industry,energy and other fields because of its' simple structure and the high safe capability which is better than safety valves,so the safe and stable operation of bursting discs has attracted widespread attention.However,the research both at home and abroad about bursting discs are concentrated on design and abnormal failure of bursting discs,and the research on the pressure relief test devices of bursting discs has less been published publicly.In order to solve problem of the pressure relief test of bursting discs,this paper designs a pressure release test device of the bursting disc for gas cylinder based on gas-liquid pressurization technology,it is of significance in strengthening the safety test of bursting disc.Combined with the factor of the requirements of pressure change in bursting disc pressure relief test in the project,a scheme of high pressure test using gas-liquid pressurizing technology is designed.And it uses the pneumatic proportional valve to control the compressed air flowrate,which can complete the aim of controlling the pressure intensifying speed,and the feedback signal which come from pressure transmitter is compared with the reference signal in real time,thus,it realizes the closed-loop control for the pressure in the high pressure hydraulic circuit.According to the selected control system components,a kind of control system based on the control mode of upper and lower computer is accomplished.Using the theory of pneumatic transmission and hydraulic transmission,the mathematical model of gas-liquid pressurization system is established,and due to the reason that conventional PID controller is difficult to apply to the mathematical model of the high order nonlinear system,a fuzzy parameters adaptive PID controller is built based on the mathematical model.The examination results show that the design of pressure relief test device of bursting discs achieves the desired effect and meets the requirements of national standard for bursting discs pressure test,and it has important practical application value.
