In recent years,with the implementation of the "The Belt and Road strategy",the development of China's transportation infrastructure rapidly.Geosynthetic reinforced soil structure with good engineering properties are widely used in transportation infrastructure construction,the mechanical characteristics of reinforced soil interface is an important basis for the analysis of reinforced soil structure and stability of geosynthetics,the domestic and foreign experts and scholars have carried out related research,but because of many influencing factors and the test equipment is not uniform,resulting in the test results there is a certain dispersion,which makes the research results can better guide engineering design,thus seriously affect the application of geosynthetics.In order to further promote the application of reinforced soil structure of the transportation infrastructure,pullout test equipment which is developed in this paper based on the domestic and overseas,the design of static and dynamic soil reinforcement interface drawing friction test equipment,and the equipment are carried out static and dynamic drawing friction test under load.The main research contents: analysis of the law to the effect of normal stress and displacement rate and the boundary conditions on the friction characteristics of reinforced soil interface under static loading;through pull-out tests on different transverse rib number,transverse position,analyzed the influence of transverse rib number and position on the pullout force and contribution;explores the effect of different frequency and amplitude the interface characteristics of reinforced soil load,based on the comparative analysis of the influence of static and dynamic load on the pullout friction characteristics of reinforced soil interface.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The friction test equipment of static and dynamic reinforcement and soil interface drawing is designed and developed,especially in the aspect of pullout test box and normal loading.The newly developed pullout friction test equipment is suitable for pull-out friction tests of different materials and fillers under different load forms.It provides a basis for the analysis of the characteristics of the reinforced soil interface and the analysis of the reinforcement mechanism.(2)Static load pullout test : The normal stress and pullout rate have a great influence on the friction characteristics of the reinforced soil interface.Compared with the upper boundary,the front wall boundary has more significant influence on the drawing performance of the geogrid.The influence of the number of transverse ribs on the interface characteristics of the reinforced soil is very obvious.At the same time,the influence of transverse rib position on the friction characteristics of the reinforced soil interface is also different.Embedded force transverse rib is dominant in the drawing force,transverse rib spacing is small may produce the phenomenon of interference cancellation embedded force.(3)Dynamic load pullout test:The maximum pullout force increases with the increase of frequency,and the magnitude of the maximum pullout force increases with the increase of amplitude.It is shown that the influence of the dynamic load amplitude on the interface of the reinforced soil is greater.(4)Although the dynamic load will disturb the cohesive force of the soil,it can increase the friction of the earth's interface in a certain range with the increase of the vibration frequency.
