This paper uses the theoretical analysis, using finite element software ABAQUS,a numerical simulation of cement mixing pile composite foundation, combining with the construction of the quality control of soft soil foundation of railway Cao Tang coastal area were studied and analyzed, adopt appropriate construction method.First of all the physical properties of the soft soil foundation are analyzed, and provides the reliable basis for the analysis of soft soil railway Cao Tang, the Caofeidian Industrial Zone of Quaternary Holocene marine sedimentary landform, engineering area is flat, the surface is rinsefill, lots of local surface distribution of water pond, ditch. Then through the industrial status of the Caofeidian area, the construction method is selected. From the existing construction methods: the replacement method, the dynamic compaction method, the drainage consolidation method, the two-way cement mixing pile method. The construction method of two-way cement mixing pile is selected according to the tight construction period, environmental requirements, engineering geological requirements and equipment requirements in Caofeidian area.According to the construction requirements of two-way cement mixing pile, the construction design is carried out,and then the ABAQUS software is applied to the numerical simulation of settlement, and the settlement composite requirement is found by analyzing the settlement curve.Using quality management theory and adopting scientific means to better construction,two-way cement mixing piles can achieve good expected results in railway soft soil foundation treatment.
