With the development of the economy,continuous construction of the northwest region,in order to accelerate the development of the land resources and the regional economy,the speed of construction of the highway,railway,tunnel is also accelerating,because of the complex geological conditions in the Northwest,tunnel under highway and railway have gradually increased,under the complex geological condition,it needs to find a way to excavate the tunnel,using the method of blasting excavation in this project,because of the highway facilities over the tunnel,which gives more strict requirements,therefore,analysis the propagation characteristics of blasting vibration wave process and the attenuation law of blasting excavation of the tunnel,and the impact of vibration on the top of the tunnel of highway tunnel excavation blasting prediction is becoming important,finally according to the influence to take reasonable measures to reduce the vibration,this problem has become a major issue of the tunnel blasting excavation engineering.In this paper,Taking Tangbahu tunnel under the Kuia highway tunnel project as background,based on the method of tunnel excavation and related the theory of blasting excavation,by using finite difference software FLAC3 D to build a tunnel model,analysis the influence on the tunnel section by two step excavation method of highway pavement and deformation,and through the specification provided by Aletai railway,Fuyun construction,analysis the method of blasting end section and Kuia highway excavated,finally,according to the blasting vibration velocity of blasting control index,determine the maximum single charge,and the curves of vibration velocity of highway pavement.Finally,all kinds of risks in the process of tunnel construction are evaluated,put forward the excavation and blasting construction and control measures to avoid risks,to ensure the smooth construction in highway engineering tunnel,provided a reference for future similar project.
