Biomass energy as a renewable energy,has the advantages of wide area,variety,high yield,but also biomass as fuel,its large volume density is small,inconvenient transportation and storage and other defects,seriously hindered the increase of biomass energy in China's energy consumption in the proportion of.Biomass carbonization technique is mainly to a large number of abandoned agricultural and forestry biomass were recovered and after pyrolysis carbonization technology made with centralized energy,carbon biomass shaped fuel for transportation and storage.The carbonization process of biomass pyrolysis is beneficial to the rational exploitation and utilization of biomass resources,and provides great help to reduce the consumption of primary energy in China.Reed as the research object,the experiment of pyrolytic carbonization of reed was carried out.The effects of different heating rate,carbonization temperature and carbonization time on the biomass yield,calorific value,industrial analysis and elemental analysis of biomass pyrolysis products were analyzed.The best pyrolysis carbonization process of reed carbon and binder carboxymethyl cellulose as raw material,the reed carbon molding experiments,analysis of a certain pressure under different molding temperature on the mechanical properties of carbon,optimized biomass carbon molding process.At the same time,TG and DTG were applied to study the combustion characteristics of reformed carbon prepared under different pyrolysis conditions and formed carbon prepared under different molding temperatures.The optimal carbonization process of biomass was as follows: heating rate 10?/min,carbonization temperature 300?,carbonization time 2h,molding temperature 100?.By optimizing the biomass carbonization forming process,not only the production cost and energy consumption of biomass forming carbon are reduced,but also the utilization efficiency of biomass and the calorific value of combustion are increased,which is favorable to the development and utilization of biomass resources and the sustainable development of society.
