Belt conveyor is one of the most important transport equipment,which mainly transport granular,powder and other scattered materials.With the development of the national economy,long distance,large capacity,fast speed has become an important development direction of the belt conveyor,the research on the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor at the start stage has become the priority among priorities.First,in the past,the Voigt model was widely used when the dynamic equations of belt conveyor was established.While the Voigt is a linear viscoelastic model,which can not simulate the response of the material to the strain,but the response to stress,while the conveying belt is composed of steel wire core and polymer layer,the Voigt model can not accurately express the nonlinear mechanical behavior of polymer materials under large deformation.Therefore,the ZWT nonlinear viscoelastic constitutive model is used to establish the dynamic equation of the conveyor.In order to solve the dynamic equation,the initial boundary value condition of the conveyor is determined by coupling with the driving roller and the tensioning hammer.The finite difference method is used and calculated by Matlab software.The dynamic characteristics of single point driving under different conditions,the dynamic characteristics of head double roller driving under different conditions and the tension of the head and the middle double drum are analyzed.The conclusion can be drawed as follows: when the single point drive conveyor starts,the relationship between the tension of the dynamic equation of the conveyor belt based on the ZWT and the Voigt model at the start of the driving roller;the relationship between the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor in starting curve,time,speed,load of the conveyor;when the head double roller drive conveyor starts,the relationship between the tension of the belt conveyor in starting time,speed,load and the driving device of the conveyor;when the head and middle double roller drive conveyor starts,the proper arrangement of the driving device.
