Steel reinforced concrete structure(SRC structure)is one of the commonly used forms of precast concrete structure.It has a series of advantages such as strong bearing capacity and convenient construction.At present,Chinese scholars mainly study the influence of the concrete strength,the thickness of concrete protection layer and the transverse stirrup ratio on the bond performance.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the influence of the type steel with different surface conditions on the bond properties.7 steel concrete specimens were designed and made by using the steel plate with different surface conditions-straight anchor,additional connector and additional end plate.In the test,the loading end of the specimen is loaded in one way until the end is destroyed.After the test,mathematical statistics software SPSS and mathematical calculation software MATLAB were used to analyze the difference between each component slip,relative slips and steel strain,and the functional relationship between different eigenvalues and anchorage length was established.The model and numerical simulation are established in ABAQUS software based on the test conditions and the related parameters of the test material.The test shows that compared with the setting of the end plate,the anchorage increases the bonding force of the specimen by 3~4 times,and the cohesive force of the end plate is increased by 30% compared with the connecting piece.The setting of obstacles such as end plate and connector not only improves the ultimate load that the specimen can bear,but also prolongs the process of load descending section,and increases the safety,stability and reliability of the specimen.The contact area of the steel and concrete is constant,the projection area can reduce the length of anchor.Therefore,by using the direct increase of connections,end plate connections,or adjust the projection area of the end plate placed projection area position indirectly increasing the steel and concrete can be reduced the anchorage length of steel in the actual production,the steel reinforced concrete member is safe and economic.
