Due to the working environment of the fan is generally bad and the cause of the fault is changeable,it is very difficult to detect the fault of the fan.Fan failure will cause great economic damage.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct fault monitoring for fans,so that fans can operate in a state of fewer failures or even no failures,so that enterprises can get more economic and social benefits.According to the characteristics of cloud computing in remoting fault monitoring,such as high flexibility,low cost and high efficiency,a remote fault monitoring system for fans based on cloud computing platform is proposed.To solve the above problems,analysis the several fault types of fan more common,the fundamental technology of fan fault and the basic source of cloud computing,the fault detection of fan and remote monitoring system based on cloud computing combine to achieve real-time monitoring of the running state of the fan.Secondly,in order to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis,the artificial fish swarm algorithm and fuzzy RBF neural network are studied.The combination of them can not only improve the network accuracy of fuzzy RBF neural network,but also improve the convergence speed and accuracy of artificial fish in the later stage.Finally,the Hadoop cloud computing platform was built,completed the Hadoop installation and configuration,remote fault monitoring fan has been implemented in Hadoop cloud platform is built,and the wind turbine remote fault monitoring system based on cloud computing by related experiments.Remoting monitoring system based on cloud computing has become the mark of the cross in modern industrial production,thus realizing the condition monitoring of mechanical equipment,in order to achieve reduction of equipment operation in hardship and achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency,it has very important practical significance.
