| Line loss rate directly reflects the level of power line planning,design,operation,and management.It is also an important economic index of power grid assessment.With the development of the fine management of power system,line loss management has been paid more and more attention.Statistical line loss is an important basis for assessing the management level of line loss,and its accuracy is directly related to the economic interests of power enterprises and customers.This article in view of abnormal line loss which has been frequently happened in central China power grid in recent years,analyzed the influence of various parameters on line loss,fixed line loss calculation model,as well studied the causes of abnormal line loss rate.The specific work is as follows:(1)Sorted and screened the factors that may cause the abnormal line loss.By means of data analysis,the correlation between temperature,humidity,precipitation and line loss is analyzed,and indicated that the correlation between the above environmental factors and the line loss rate is low.The influence of the load level on the line loss rate is analyzed,and the actual running data is used in statistic analysis,which proves that there is a large correlation between the load level and the abnormal line loss rate.(2)Analyzed the error factors that influenced the accuracy of the statistical line loss data which mainly includes metering device error,power upload rounding error,and metering device timing error.The metering error synthesis method is proposed based on the analysis of error of measurement device in actual operating condition.Combined the actual line parameters and data metering device real-load examination,the simulation calculation proved that the existing energy metering device configuration scheme has a great influence on the accuracy of statistical line loss in actual operation condition.(3)By introducing the measurement error and time error of the metering devices,the theoretical calculation model of the linear loss is fixed.And its validity is verified by the actual running data of Zhang-En line.And according to the calculation results of the model,the reasons for the abnormal line loss are preliminarily analyzed. |
