In recent years,the abnormal statistical line loss of trans regional transmission lines often occurs,and the errors of the gateway metering devices of some lines meet the standards after testing,which makes the line loss management of power grid company difficult.It is of great theoretical significance and application value to study the causes of transmission line statistical line loss anomalies and the solutions for power grid companies to strengthen line loss management and promote the implementation of energy conservation and consumption reduction policies.First of all,in view of the problem that the second circuit metering device of Zhangjiaba-Enshi 500 k V interconnection line is qualified but there is abnormal statistical line loss,this paper studies the line as a typical case,analyzes and finds the causes of the abnormal statistical line loss of the transmission line,and puts forward the generalizable treatment scheme.In this paper,the research is carried out from four aspects: the analysis of related factors of line loss anomaly,the influence of measurement coordination error,the modeling and Simulation of statistical line loss,and the engineering application.Secondly,this paper studies the matching error of the metering device and its influence on the statistical line loss,deduces the calculation formulas of the gate metering composite error,one and a half wiring and current error,electricity data truncation error and electricity data synchronization error through theory,analyzes the relationship between the error and each parameter by simulation,and studies the influence of each error on the statistical line loss rate.At the same time,the error data of the metering device of Zhangen II circuit is used for calculation.The results show that when a single qualified metering device constitutes the metering system,if the error is not matched properly,it will cause the abnormal statistical line loss.The matching error of the metering device is one of the important reasons for the abnormal statistical line loss of the line.Thirdly,on the basis of the traditional theoretical line loss model,a statistical line loss model is established,which takes into account the power measurement error by adding the parameters of gateway measurement synthesis error,power data truncation error and power data synchronization error.Taking Zhangen II circuit as an example,a 90 day statistical line loss model is simulated,and the simulation results are compared with the measured data.The results show that the model is in good agreement with the actual situation.Finally,in order to reduce the influence of matching error of metering device on statistical line loss as much as possible,this paper puts forward a set of configuration guidelines for metering device.In view of the problem that the metering device is qualified but the statistical line loss is abnormal,a set of general treatment scheme is given in this paper.Taking Zhangen II circuit as an example,the reason of statistical line loss of the line is determined by combining the analysis conclusion of this paper with the field test data,and the specific treatment measures are given according to the treatment plan.Finally,the abnormal problem of statistical line loss of Zhangen II circuit is solved,which verifies the reliability of the analysis conclusion and the treatment plan of this paper.
