| Pulse generator power supply is an important pulse power source,which has the advantages of good controllability and high density of energy storage and can be widely used in the research of repetitive magnetic field,stepped magnetic field,flat top magnetic field and high intensity pulsed magnetic field.To improve the performance of the pulse generator power supply system,a research on the operation strategy of the power system of the pulse generator,the analysis of the inverter failure of the 24-pulse rectifier and the design of the multi-function monitoring system is carried on in this paper.In the study of the operation strategy of pulse generator power system,the characteristics of load current and the armature reaction of the load is analyzed,and the strong excitation control is put forward to keep the output voltage of the generator stable.A de-excitation signal is set up to improve power system security.Based on the reasonable design of discharge circuit and discharge timing,the series power supply of pulse generator type power supply and battery bank is realized,and the power supply voltage of magnet is increased.Aiming at the problem that the power supply of pulse generator is prone to inverter failure,firstly,the main reason for inverter failure is analyzed according to the characteristics of the power supply system.Then,a model of pulse generator rectifier is established to analyze the influence of commutation overlap on inverter failure in depth.Based on that,a safe operation area of inverter is deduced.After analyzing the influence of transition of power system from rectifier to inverter state,the effect of inversion speed on inverter failure is obtained.Finally,the inverter control strategy is optimized,and the appropriate inverter trigger angle and inverter transition mode are put forward.In the design of multi-function remote monitoring system,the remote monitoring system adopts the main control and sub control mode to meet the needs of the various working modes of the power supply system.OPC technology and Profibus-DP fieldbus technology are used to realize the three-level communication among host computer,main control cabinet and sub control cabinet.The human-computer interface,the system control program and the corresponding protection function are designed.The remote control of the parameters setting,excitation,discharge,tripping and freewheeling of the pulse generator and the real-time monitoring of the field status is realized.Finally,simulation of inverter control strategy and multi-function control program is given in MATLAB/Simulink.With the design operation strategy,the discharge experiment in outer coil of the 100 T magnet,the discharge experiment of the rectifier and the battery group in series,the short circuit experiment of the magnet load are realized by the power supply system.The designed operation mode,inverter control strategy and multi-function remote monitoring system are confirmed. |
