As a kind of important extreme experimental conditions,the pulsed strong magnetic field provides more and more opportunities for many basic science and cutting-edge researches.The rapid development of science and technology also puts forward new requirements for pulsed strong magnetic field technology and devices.Conventional high-field pulsed magnets generally adopt a solenoid structure.The structure is compact and stable,but there is no observation window and diffraction channel for radial samples,and it cannot be applied to research fields such as X-ray and spallation neutron sources.For this reason,on the basis of traditional magnet design,this article has systematically studied the numerical analysis,design,manufacture and experiment of 10 T split pulsed magnets.In the field of multi-physics numerical analysis of magnet systems,in this paper,based on full consideration of the interaction between various physical quantities in the process of splitting pulsed magnet discharge,multiple mathematical models such as equivalent circuit,electromagnetic field,temperature field and structure field are established.Based on the COMSOL finite element software,the coupled numerical solution was achieved.The influence of the parameters such as the number of turns,coil spacing,support plate thickness,and electrical conductivity on the magnetic properties of the central region and the temperature rise of the magnet was obtained,and the optimization of magnet parameters was achieved.In the study of the mechanical stability of the split magnet support structure,the force conditions of the support plate and the support column component under different support structures and electrical parameters during the discharge process of the magnet were analyzed,and the type of support structure,the thickness of the support plate,and the conductance of the support plate were obtained.The influence of parameters such as the rate,the diameter and number of support columns,and the position of support points on the structural stability of the magnet.Based on this,the complete tooling design of splitting pulsed magnets was completed.In the field of split magnet system platform construction and experimental research,the effects of split magnet winding patterns,transition patterns between wires,and coil end surface processing parameters on the performance of magnets were explored.Two types of 10 T splits,symmetrical and extended asymmetric,were developed.Magnets,and analyze the differences between the two types of magnets from the electromagnetic field,temperature field,structure field design and manufacturing processes.Based on this,the discharge experiments were carried out,and the measurement and observation of related parameters such as current,magnetic field,temperature rise and deformation of the split pulsed strong magnet were completed,and a comparative analysis was made with the simulation parameters.
