Development And Application Of A Moving Magnet Voice Coil Motor

As a special linear motor,voice coil motor is widely used in various industries.Among them,the moving-magnet voice coil motor gradually gets a broader attention because of its excellent performance.The research for voice coil motor has tended to be mature in foreign countries,but still is in primary stage in China.In this paper,according to the principle of moving-magnet type,a moving-magnet voice coil motor,which can provide a large thrust,large displacement and high frequency,has been developed.And the main structure of the motor is simulated by using the Comsol 5.2 Multiphysics software.At the same time,the key parameters of the motor structure are calculated by Parameter Sweep method.The calculation results show that the thrust of the motor increases with the increase of the thickness and width of the PM,and increases with the increase of the number of turns,and then increases with the increase of the air gap size,but tends to saturate all.In this paper,a fatigue test system was constructed by using this moving-magnet voice coil motor as the actuator,and the fatigue tests of the vulcanized natural rubber was done by the system.The results of the tests show that the fatigue life of vulcanized natural rubber will increase with the increase of strain amplitude and the increase of loading frequency.At the same time,the fatigue test which under the condition of large displacement and static compression test have been done.The experiments above verifies that this moving-magnetic voice coil motor can provide static maximum load of ±750N and dynamic maximum load of ±1250N,the precision of the load is 0.001 N.It can also provide displacement of 40 mm,and the precision of the displacement is 0.1?m.In addition,it can provide 0.001~50Hz in operation frequency.And the motor is stable for a long time,clean and no noise.
