| The most important component of the entire servo system is the electro-hydraulic servo valve,which inherits the input and output of electrical signals and hydraulic signals.The performance of the servo valve is directly related to the working performance of the entire servo system.The problem of servo system instability caused by vibration is one of the more widespread failures in the current use of servo valves.At the same time,the servo valve pre-stage uses jet principle,Because of the imperfect jet theory,it is difficult to analyze the entire servo system.Therefore,this paper focuses on the self-excited vibration characteristics of the armature assembly of the torque motor in the servo valve of the deflector plate and the distribution law of the flow field in the pre-amplification stage.This reveals the mechanism of the self-excited vibration of the servo valve and optimizes the structure of the pre-amplification stage to improve the deflection.The servo valve work performance is of great significance.This paper develops whole mathematical models by the numerical simulation method and provides a reference for model improvement and optimal design of Jet-pan electro-hydraulic servo valve.In this paper,the vibration characteristics of the servo valve armature assembly of the deflector plate were studied in detail and systematically.For the first time,the effect of oil temperature on material properties was introduced into vibration studies,Modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of armature assembly under oil temperature.Finally,the armature assembly-the valve spool movement contact finite element model was established,and the dynamic analysis was carried out.The vibration characteristics of the armature assembly and the movement of the armature assembly-valve core were revealed.In this paper,CFD simulation of the flow field of the deflection valve servo valve was carried out.The pressure and velocity distribution of the whole flow field were analyzed.The flow characteristics of the front stage were analyzed and the relation curves of the flow with the deflection displacement were obtained.Level pressure characteristics,get the receiving hole recovery pressure and differential pressure with deflectiondisplacement curve.In this paper,according to the pressure characteristics of the pre-amplifier stage of the deflection valve servo valve,the influence of the three structural factors of the nozzle width,the included angle of the V-shaped guide slot,and the width of the cutting tip is studied emphatically.And on this basis,Orthogonal experimental design was carried out,Through the analysis of variance,the primary and secondary effects of three factors were obtained and the optimal size combination was determined.In summary,the research results of this paper can assist structural optimization of the overall performance of the servo valve to a certain extent,and it can provide a theoretical basis for engineering production and manufacturing. |
