Deflection plate jet servo valves are mostly applied to the place of high reliability,high temperature and high pressure,They are widely used in military and industrial applications.Compared with the double nozzle flapper valve,the valve has the advantages of strong anti-pollution ability,convenient maintenance and good stability.Compared with the servo valve of the jet tube,the servo valve of the deflecting plate reduces the moment of inertia of the torque motor and improves the valve’s Dynamic characteristics.Deflection plate jet servo valve process is complex,and the internal structural parameters of the valve body have a great influence on the output performance of the valve.The paper proposes the cooperation of round and square spouts with rectangular jet nozzles and rectangular receiving holes,and uses fluid simulation and mathematical modeling to analyze the output characteristics of deflector jet amplifiers under different structural parameters.Get better structural parameters from Analysis and Research.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1).The influence of the length of the rectangular guide outlet of the deflector jet amplifier on the valve pre-stage pressure and flow is analyzed,and the optimal size is obtained from it.When the area is the same,A comparative analysis of the static characteristics of the jet amplifiers with different shapes of flow-guiding port is studied.By using the data fitting method the static curve equation of the jet amplifier was obtained.(2).A pre-stage flow field pressure mathematical model has been established,and the influence of the width of the guiding port on the pressure of the pre-stage flow field was analyzed.(3).A complete system block diagram of the deflector jet servo valve is obtained by formula derivation,and the influence of the structural parameters of the jet amplifier’s guiding port on the system bandwidth is obtained by using MATLAB simulation.It provides theoretical arguments for the structural design and optimization of deflector jet servo valve.
