The microchannel plate and the optical fiber panel are widely used in science,technology and military fields.Advanced hot-melt press is the key equipment to produce high-performance microchannel plate and optical fiber panel.According to the working characteristics of the melt press,proportional hydraulic control system principle was designed.Main hydraulic components were selected;Aim at the impact of domestic hot-melt press problems in the initial pressurization stag,a simple solution was proposed.The main contents were as follows:(1)Hydraulic system was designed.According to melt pressure equipment working conditions and designed requirements,hydraulic system principle was proposed;hydraulic components were selected and the hydraulic system was checked;(2)The hardware and PLC software design of control system.The S7-200 PLC and analog input and output module of siemens as the core of this control system,the whole hardware structure of control system were designed.The manual controlled,semi-automatic controlled and fully automatic controlled program were written using STEP7-Micro/Win ladder diagram programming language combined with the incremental PI control algorithm.(3)Software of monitoring system was design.According to the demand of starting-stopping hydraulic pump and cooler of hot-melt press,monitoring the position and force parameters,setting of the force curve and alarming when existing the condition of the high oil temperature,or clogged filters,WINCC configuration software controlling interfaces were designed.(4)Pressure shock problem of the hot-melt press,the reason of impact pressure was analyzed;at the same time with the thought of hydraulic compound control,hydraulic compound control program was designed;Displacement-frce compound control system obviously improved the pressure impact by experimental verification,hot-melt press for the pressure system achieved high precision control in large range.
