Pile foundation is widely used in the construction of engineering.With the continuous development of society and technology,the technical requirements of pile are becoming more and more high.In the process of pile driving,traditional pile foundation usually leads to large piling noise,low piling efficiency,difficulty in dismantling abandoned piles and other issues.In order to solve the problems mentioned above,this paper designs a new type of detachable screw pile,which is driven into the soil by applying torque at the top of the pile.After the detachable screw pile is completely swirled into the soil,controlling the internal transmission mechanism of the pile,So that the interaction of the pile and the soil is further enhanced.The detachable screw pile can effectively avoid the noise and the impact of the piling,and its installation and dismantling is convenient.Also it can be reused.It can adapt to the variety of soils and meet the bearing capacity requirements of the upper building under relatively shallow pile depth.In this paper,the overall structure of the detachable screw pile is designed at first.The scheme selection and research design of the inner drive structure of the pile and the part of the screw blade are designed.Then,Conducting research analysis and experimental verification of effectiveness of pile driving with the detachable screw pile by photovoltaic screw pile.After that,the three-dimensional finite element modeling of the detachable screw pile and the soil was built by the large finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The steps of the establishment and assembly of the pile and the soil body,the setting of material and section characteristics,the definition analysis step,the definition of contact relationship,the definition of load and boundary condition were completed,and then using a certain example of pile foundation validating the validity of the model establishment process.Finally,the influence of the geometric parameters of the detachable screw pile on the bearing capacity of the pile is studied by the finite element analysis of the ABAQUS.The results show that the number of screw blade,the height of the screw blade,the pitch of the screw blade,the diameter of the pile pipe have different degree of promotion on the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of the pile.This also provides a research foundation for the optimal design and bearing capacity analysis of the detachable screw pile.
