The reciprocating feed mechanism can be applied to various large-scale institutions and various working occasions,and is one of the most widely used forms of mechanism motion.The reliability of the reciprocating feed mechanism often affects the working efficiency of the overall organization.In actual working conditions,a relatively high frequency of the reciprocating feed mechanism may cause a series of failure phenomena due to factors such as excessive inertial force,unstable structure of the mechanism itself,and the design requirements cannot be satisfied.This article is aimed at the problems that occur in the actual situation,the use of scientific and rational research methods to analyze the problems existing in the organization and the corresponding improved design.The article first briefly introduced the working principle of this type of reciprocating feed mechanism.Based on this,it gave a scientific judgment on the problems that occurred,and then put forward a method of applying multi-body dynamics simulation software to the dynamic simulation of the mechanism,through analysis and simulation.As a result,the problems existing in the organization are pointed out and corresponding improvement ideas are clearly identified.Subsequent application of more precise rigid-flexible coupling dynamic simulation technology,make sure the mechanism's improvement of the organization,making corresponding adjustments to the key structures of the organization,and then verifying the rationality of the structural improvement.After the improved organization is put into production,the mechanism is stable and reliable,meets the work requirements,and no previous failure occurs.Therefore,the research in this Paper has achieved the expected goal,and the original mechanism has been improved,so that the dynamic performance of the feed mechanism has been improved.The use of a reciprocating feed mechanism has certain practical significance.This Paper also has certain research value and reference significance for the rigid body dynamics of the mechanism,especially the analysis process and method of rigid-flexible coupling dynamics.
