In March 2015,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued a new document on electric reform-"Several Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of the Electric Power System"(also known as Document No.9).Since then,the electric power reform has begun and the electric market coming.Entering the marketization stage,the emergence of this market is revolutionary for China's power sector and deserves attention and records.Focusing on this new market,the media concerned about the power sector began to adjust the perspective of reporting,and also produced a number of new media that pay attention to this market.The main information carrier for these emerging media is the WeChat account number.Therefore,this article will use the WeChat public number as a starting point to research and analyze the current situation of the electric power media after the reform,leaving some historical materials and materials for this brand-new market worthy of attention.This article mainly analyzes the typical media in the WeChat public number field by focusing on the electric reform market through content analysis method and case analysis method.In this paper,three key research subjects are selected through the combination of the data public number assistant of watermelon,the new list,and the official search portal of WeChat public account number: “Yi Tiao Neng”,“Jing Jian” and “Southern Energy Observation”.“Yi Tiao Neng”and “Jing Jian” are newly emerged media after the electricity reform,which bears the profit function and has a very close relationship with the electricity market;the third party belongs to the vertical media in the energy synthesis field,and its WeChat platform already existed before the electricity reform,witnessing the electric reform.From the start of the entire process of the electricity market,but the focus of attention is not only limited to electricity,but also other types of energy,does not assume profitability pressure.The research on the third party can also provide the former two with a rich background and a cross reference.In order to further enrich the content of the text and verify the authenticity of the text study,the author also interviewed the founders of “Yi Tiao Neng”and“Jing Jian”.Through the above studies,this article finally clarified the history and status quo of the development of media in the power sector after the electricity reform: when the No.9 document was issued,the “Southern Energy Observatory” played a role in promoting market development and reconciliation,and the national market began in June 2016.In the state of entry,“Yi Tiao Neng” appeared,focused on policy content,launched market training courses,and occupied market blank dividends;in November 2016,the market entered an outbreak and various media players were in attendance;In October of last year,the electricity market that has experienced development in the past two years has gradually become more stable and mature.“Yi Tiao Neng”and“Jing Jian”have begun to transform their way of looking for a profitable way;Southern Energy Watch has returned to the role of an observer and focuses on the market.decline.At the same time,the different characteristics of these three media are also derived.The relationship between the “Yi Tiao Neng” and “Jing Jian” and the market has too closely affected its survival and development,and it is forced to undergo transformation;“Southern Energy Watch” belongs to the market observers,and Can shoot when necessary.Similarly,through the above research,we also discovered three important factors affecting the development of the electric media WeChat public number after the electric power reform: 1)Before the narrow public media enters the market,it is necessary to consider where the profit point of this market is,not all the traffic.All can be realized;2)It needs to improve its professionalism,expand the absorption of professional talents,introduce funds from the capital market,help improve the quality of content,make itself an industry expert,researcher,and consultant,establish market recognition,and cultivate itself through recognition.Super users;3)After the media is established,reputation is very important.Establish good external channels,be good at telling stories,build fan stickiness,carry out quality activities or co-organize,establish industry contacts through activities,and make the platform a medium.,Become the hub of the circle.
