Engineering Feasibility Study On The Red Tourism Highway Of Zaoyuan Site In Yan'an City

With the rapid development of China's highway industry,the feasibility study of highway projects is also receiving more and more attention.The feasibility study of highways can not only grasp the rationality and economy of the project construction as a whole,but also provide sufficient theoretical basis for investors,and can provide an important basis for the follow-up work of the project.In this paper,according to the necessity of the construction of red tourism highway in the Zaoyuan site of Yan'an City,the feasibility of the project is analyzed.The red tourism highway of Zaoyuan site is located in the west of Baota District of Yan'an City.It is an important connection part of the “well” type expressway network planned in the long-term planning of Yan'an City.The starting point of this project is located on the north side of the Zaoyuan Toll Station and connected to the existing toll plaza,and the terminal is located near Miaogou Village.The total length of the route is 9.003 kilometers,along which several red tourism spots pass.The completion of the project will not only make a significant contribution to the development of the red tourism industry in Yan'an and the mitigation of regional traffic conditions,but also can greatly promote the rapid development of local transportation and tourism.This article is mainly divided into five parts to carry out the engineering feasibility study on the red tourism highway of the Zaoyuan site: The first part mainly focuses on the research background and significance of this article,collects research status at home and abroad,and outline the content of the thesis research;the second part mainly introduces the necessity of project construction.The necessity of project construction is discussed in terms of economic status and development,current status and development of transportation,and forecast of traffic volume at the end of the year;the third part mainly analyzes the technology of the project from the aspects of project construction conditions,proposed road technical standards,and major technical standards.The basic overview of the proposed program are also described;the fourth part mainly analyzes the economic feasibility of the project from project investment estimation,fund raising methods,and national economy evaluation after the completion of the project;the fifth part mainly analyzes the project influences from project environment,energy saving,and social impact,and put forward corresponding improvement measures.The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the feasibility of the Red Tourism Highway of Zaoyuan Site,and to provide reference for the future feasibility study of the highway project.
