In long-span continuous rigid frame bridge construction process,it will be affected by many determinations and uncertainties factors.In order to guarantee the realization of the design goal,the construction control is necessary for long-span continuous rigid frame bridge.Based on a long-span continuous rigid frame bridge,this paper study the construction control technology of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge.The main results are as follows.(1)This paper summarized the characteristics of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge and the research status at home and abroad,and pointed out the importance of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge construction control,and analyzed the research status of bridge construction control technology at home and abroad.(2)This paper described the characteristics of background project,including the overall layout,design technical standard,structure design,structural durability design,key points of construction,etc.(3)This paper summarized the construction control content of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge,including linear control,stress control and stability control.Analyzed the common bridge construction control methods,including open-loop control method,closed-loop control method and adaptive control method.The factors affecting the construction control of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge were summarized,including structural parameters,construction technology,construction monitoring and environmental temperature,etc.(4)Based on engineering design drawings,A simulation analysis model for the construction of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge was established by using finite element software Midas Civil,and the force and deformation state of each construction stage were calculated to guide the construction and made a comparative analysis with the monitoring feedback information.The analysis results showed that the internal force and deflection are reasonable and the internal force and deformation state conform to the actual structure.(5)Based on long-span continuous rigid frame bridge construction simulation analysis model,the sensitivity analysis of the factors affecting the construction control of long-spancontinuous rigid frame bridge was carried out.The influence of the concrete bulk density,concrete elastic modulus and prestress on the deflection and stress of the main girder during the maximum cantilever stage and bridge stage was analyzed with the sensitivity coefficient.The analysis results showed that the concrete bulk density had the most significant effect on the deflection of main girder and the prestress had the most significant effect on the stress of main girder in the maximum cantilever stage and bridge stage.(6)Based on Midas Civil construction process simulation results and the parameter sensitivity analysis results,This paper made the background project construction control plan,including construction control basis,construction control method,construction control content,etc.Based on the bridge construction control plan to conduct bridge construction control work,tracked each construction process and applied construction control technology to guide the production practice successfully.Through analyzing the results of bridge linear control and stress control,the results showed that the linear and internal forces of bridge met design and specification accuracy requirements,the bridge construction control work obtained the good effect.
