In recent years,the rapid development of expressway has attracted more and more people's concern.At the same time,the quality of expressways has become increasingly prominent.The subgrade of an expressway not only bears the weight of the pavement and its own,but also bears the load that the traffic passes down through the road.As the foundation of the expressway,subgrade settlement directly determines the service life and driving comfort of the expressway.In severe cases,it may cause threat to the safety of the driver's personal and property.Therefore,it is indispensable to analyze and monitor the settlement of expressway subgrade.In this paper,through the combination of experiment and theory,a large number of documents were consulted in the previous period and the experiment found that the construction process parameters have a great influence on the subgrade settlement.Analyzed and summed up the current post-construction monitoring methods and found that it was inadequate.According to the above situation,the main contents of this paper are the influence of subgrade construction process parameters on subsidence,and the monitoring technology of subgrade settlement after completion of construction.Firstly,the mechanism of subgrade settlement was researched,the commonly used subsidence monitoring methods are discussed.Based on this,the ABAQUS software is used to select the constitutive model suitable for geotechnical materials,and the subsidence volume of the graded subgrade is numerically simulated and analyzed.The general rule for subsidence of sand clay is obtained.Using ABAQUS to analyze the effects of three compaction process parameters such as compaction degree,filling height and filling thickness on subgrade settlement.Aiming at the deficiencies of the existing subgrade settlement monitoring methods,a simple and reliable system was designed to monitor the subgrade settlement after filling complete.The GPRS module is used to send the data collected by the settlement system to a remote data terminal to implement remote monitoring of the system and verify the test under the existing conditions of the laboratory.The software part includes login module,system management module,settlement curve module,predictive analysis module,early warning module.The early warning module uses the real-time curve and velocity curve of subgrade settlement to evaluate the subgrade settlement status and issues an early warning.
