In recent years,due to the constant increase of infrastructure construction such as road construction,airport construction and railway construction in our country,the requirements for intelligentization of compaction quality have been continuously improved,and the research of compaction operation monitoring technology for intelligent vibratory rollers has become increasingly urgent.However,current vibratory rollers are relatively lagged in terms of compaction and intelligence.Operators cannot adjust the parameters of the roller in real time according to the state of the compacted material,resulting in difficulty in ensuring compaction efficiency and compaction quality,and causing unnecessary waste.In order to obtain the state of the pressed material in a timely and effective manner in the compaction operation and automatically adjust the working parameters and excitation modes of the whole machine according to the state of the pressed material,a research topic of intelligent monitoring technology of vibratory compactor compaction operation was proposed,aiming to improve the level of intelligent compaction monitoring and compaction quality.Based on the analysis of the development status of the domestic and international intelligent vibratory rollers and the basic theory of vibratory compaction,this paper puts forward the process monitoring technology of the intelligent roller and establishes the overall framework of the intelligent vibratory roller,including the intelligent roller vibrating wheel stepless frequency modulation amplitude modulation mechanism.And compaction process awareness and monitoring system.The main research content is as follows:(1)The dynamic model of the vibratory roller-compacted material under different working conditions was established.The compaction characteristics of the acceleration of the vibrating wheel changed with the change of the properties of the compacted material were analyzed.The hardware for real-time measurement of compaction was established.The system includes the design selection of sensor modules,signal conditioning modules,and wireless transmission modules in the hardware system;a real-time monitoring data evaluation method for compaction was established,and the related data analysis was used to obtain the quantitative relationship between the vibration wheel acceleration and the compacted material.(2)An intelligent compaction monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology was designed and built.The system includes hardware system and software system.The establishment of the hardware system includes the design of the signal acquisition module and the design of the positioning equipment.The design of the intelligent compaction monitoring software system includes the overall design of the software,the database design of the software,the realization of the data acquisition program,the realization of the serial communication module,etc.(3)The prototype smart verification operation monitoring software was prototyped.Prototype verification mainly included the verification of the smart roller monitoring software client and the big data analysis system aiming to ensure their reliability during using process.
