Intelligent Compaction Satellite Data Visualization

Using Intelligent Compact in compaction has advantages of high efficiency, good compaction uniformity and real-time Nondestructive testing. It has become a trend in Modern compaction engineering. Intelligent compaction is a hot topic at home and abroad and developed countries already have sets of equipment. At present, in our country, the research for steel roller’s automatic control system is more, while the research for asphalt is less.This paper has realized the advancement technology of development countries and the weakness of domestic technology. As for this situation, this paper has done the work of hardware selection as well as the improvement work; Development a monitoring system which can monitor the compaction times and temperature information; Reduce the misjudgment rate by the mask function; Using the alpha mixing technology to records compaction times and complete the color maps convert and drawing work quickly; Solving the problem of machine to machine communication problem.Through the work site’s testing work, the reliability of the hardware, the effectiveness of the masking function, and the drawing timeliness as well as the whole system’s practicability has been proved.
