The vehicle inspection line is an integrated measurement and control system for testing vehicle safety performance.The system contains a variety of electronic circuits and mechanical equipments,once when the system fails,the problem is hard to be solved in time.Therefore,it is significant to study remote intelligent diagnosis system in vehicle inspection line and to improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis for the permanent and stable operation of the vehicle inspection line.This paper takes dozens of installed and debugged vehicle inspection lines as research objects.First,the article introduces the system structure and working principle of the vehicle inspection line,and then analyzes the common faults of the vehicle inspection line and divides the faults into four categories: line fault,parts fault,power fault,and software fault.Aiming at the first three kinds of failures,a hardware circuit failure data acquisition module based on the Freescale MC9S12DP512 is designed in this paper.The module is mainly divided into two parts.One uses the optocoupler isolation technology to collect digital signals,and the other is the analog signal acquisition and amplifying circuit designed by AD622.According to the cause of the malfunction and the fault data acquired analyzing,this article established fault tree of the vehicle inspection line based on the deductive method.The fault tree is divided into several sub fault trees,such as dot lamp screen fault,axle load inspection platform fault,brake inspection platform fault,and slew inspection platform.The fault tree includes the photoelectric switch,sensor,IO Circuit board,amplifying circuit board,and multiple fault diagnosis points.Besides,the fault tree of vehicle detection line detection system is analyzed by the minimum cut set method,using fuzzy theory to analyze failure rate of fault tree event.Based on fault tree analysis,this paper researches the fault diagnosis expert system of vehicle inspection lines based on the rule of production.The system uses the Rete rule matching algorithm,has the knowledge database of the expert system which includes all the fault rules of the vehicle detection line and the facts of the fault data.At last,the JESS expert system shell based on Java development is used to diagnose the fault.The remote diagnosis platform is developed by using B/S architecture,Java object-oriented language and MySQL relational database.The functions of user registration,uploading fault data,diagnosis online,andhistorical records are realized through the interaction of browser pages.Finally,this paper tests the remote intelligent diagnosis system of the vehicle detection line,simulates the user's fault collection process,logging in to the remote diagnosis platform,uploading the diagnostic data,and getting the diagnosis conclusion.The test results show that the diagnostic system can realize the function of remote fault diagnosis.It has the characteristics of convenient use and fault located accurately,which can significantly improve the using efficiency of vehicle detection line equipment.
