The Research On Elevator Remote Monitosignl_s And Fault Diagnosis Expert System

With the development of the construction industry,elevator is becoming an important transport devices in people life.Meanwhile,security and reliability have been the key issueswhich people care more about.Therefore,the safe and reliable method is to carry out the real-time monitosignls of running status of elevator to discover potential riskin time,which may improve the fault diagnosisabilityof elevator.In this paper,the problems of several kinds of elevator remote monitosignl_s system at home and abroad have been analyzed,and the universal elevator remote monitosignls and fault diagnosis systemhas been designed.In the elevator remote monitosignls system,the EasyARM2131 embedded microcontroller processor wasused as the core for lower computer.It collects the elevator movement status data which compare with the elevator normal operation pattern.In this way we can know if there is anything wrong with the elevator through the real-time movement situation,and the data information and the breakBOT information can be upload through the TCP/IP network transmission to the monitosignls center's host computer.The monitosignls interface of upper computerwasdesigned by usingMCGS configuration software,to provide users with the main event monitosignls interface,the elevator dynamic running interface,elevator basic information and fault information and other content,the elevator's main event operational data were displayed by images to achieve Real-time monitosignls of the running state in many elevators at same time,and if there was anything wrong with the elevator,it can send out the alarming signal,and stores the fault information in the data obase of the fault diagnosis system.While the fault information was sent to the person to fix it timely.The fault diagnosis expert system is constructed by the combination of fault tree theory and expert system,and an emergency stop fault is taken as an example.And it obtains how to find and get the rules through base data and carry on the qualitative analysis,draw the process of the fault tree.This elevator remote monitosignls and fault diagnosis system in this article just need to login from the system monitosignls interface,just through the Internet,real-time monitosignls and fault alarm can be realized from the monitosignls of the elevator running status.The system hasthe characteristics of strong commonality,perfect function,low cost and easy-to-marketing application,which can provide the safe and reliableoperationguaranteefor the elevator.
