Study On The Non-equilibrium Supply And Demand Of Comprehensive Transportation Passenger Transport

As a basic industry for national economic development and social development,the transportation industry plays a decisive role in economic growth and social progress.In the complex and large-scale integrated transport passenger transport system,passenger supply and passenger transport demand are the two most important components.Coordinating the balanced development between the two is a prerequisite for the rapid and healthy development of comprehensive transport passenger transport.Due to the large number of variables affecting passenger supply and passenger transport demand and the dynamic time-varying characteristics,the supply and demand of passenger transport for integrated transport are often in a non-equilibrium state,resulting in a slow development of China's transportation industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the relationship between the supply of comprehensive transport passengers and passenger demand.On the basis of summarizing the previous literature research achievements and their deficiencies,the paper uses the concept of equilibrium of supply and demand of economics to analyze the connotation and dynamic evolution of the supply and demand of transport passengers,and points out that equilibrium is a non-equilibrium special state,and it is determined that the supply and demand of integrated transport passengers are not balanced.The characteristics are the research objects;Through comprehensive analysis of the factors that affect the overall demand for passenger transport and passenger transport,select quantitative indicators;construct a non-equilibrium supply and demand balance model for comprehensive transport passenger transport based on the Kornia hyperbolic aggregation equation;and finally use the historical data from 2000-2016.An empirical analysis of the equilibrium situation of the aggregate supply and demand of comprehensive passenger transport in China.The research results show that: During the period of 2000-2016,the development of integrated transport passenger transport is characterized by high non-equilibrium characteristics and there is a clear negative imbalance in the effective supply and demand.Overall,the imbalance between supply and demand is more serious,and there is a structural excess of transport supply and effective transport.Supply shortage coexistence situation.In the effective supply and demand function of comprehensive transport passenger transport,there is a positive correlation between effective demand and employees,urbanization rate and per capita GDP.This is in line with the actual situation;effective supply and fixed asset investment,locomotive ownership,integrated operations The mileage is positively related and negatively correlated with the number of employees in the transportation industry,indicating that at this stage,more attention is paid to the quality rather than quantity of human resources.In order to achieve a balanced development of supply and demand for comprehensive transport passenger transport,this paper proposes the following policy recommendations: 1.Construct a multi-level transportation market structure system;2.Establish a supply-oriented decision-making mechanism based on market demand;3.Establish an effective transport demand-representation mechanism and display mechanism;Fourth,enhance the effectiveness of macro-control of integrated transportation.
