Study On Traffic Safety And Crossing Control Of Suburban First-grade Highway

With the acceleration of urbanization,the first-grade highway in the suburban area often has the dual characteristics of the city main road and the highway.Nowadays,suburban firstgrade highway are facing serious problems of complicate traffic environment and frequent traffic accidents.The efficiency and distributed fan of first-grade highway cannot be fully played.Intersections between suburban first-grade highway and city roads,grade roads,local roads play the key to reliese the function of road traffic concersion.On the basis of field investigations and related references,these Intersections can be divided into the intersections of the suburban first-grade highway into the signal control intersections and the accesses.However,there are still problems in planning and design and management system of the road network,which lead to a large number of signal control intersection and access and small distance and the unreasonable distribution of " right-of-way".Related research and practice achievements both at domestic and foreign countries,this paper carries out the research on firstgrade highway traffic safety and crossing control.Based on the investigations of the traffic status of four suburban first-grade roads in Wuhu,Anhui the traffic accidents statistics in 2017,the author establishes negative binomial model of impact factors of the traffic safety to judge the degree of influence of each factor.According to the character and locations,these accesses are divided into five types.The distance calculation model of the adjacent access,access and signal control intersection,access and left turning are respectively established.According to the layout type,the signal control intersection are divided into three types.Analyze the distance value of signal control intersection from "security" and "efficiency".In terms of security,analyze the traffic flow state between signal control intersection to establish the distance calculation model.In terms of efficiency,consider the traffic delay to establish the distance calculation model between signal control intersection.Finally,the measures of the suburban first-grade highway are put forward from three aspects: the distance control between access and signal control intersection,the horizontal and vertical alignment and the traffic sign line.The paper has analyzed the traffic safety of the suburban first-grade highway from the macro aspect.Analyze the crossing control of the access and the signal control plane intersection at the micro level.The research will be useful to improve the safety of suburban first-grade highway.
