In order to prolong the service cycle of asphalt Pavement and guarantee its good performance in the service temperature range,the application of modifier is widely concerned.SEBS and rubber powder were used to improve the performance of the Pavement.Paper chose China 90 # matrix asphalt,SEBS,rubber powder as raw materials,using orthogonal experiment method to study shear temperature,shear time and dosage of modifier on the composite modified asphalt routine performance impact.With different dosage of SEBS compound modified asphalt for regular index test,from the macroscopic angle the dosage of modifier on the basic performance,found that SEBS content significantly higher softening point and ductility,improves performance of the composite modified asphalt high temperature and low temperature.With different dosage of SEBS compound modified asphalt infrared spectrum experiment,from the Angle of the micro analysis of composite modified asphalt modification mechanism,it is found that the synthetic modified asphalt is based on physical modification.The dynamic shear rheological test was carried out with different SEBS modified asphalt before and after aging.Rutting factor,fatigue factor and viscosity-temperature index were used to evaluate the high temperature performance,fatigue resistance and temperature sensitivity.It is found that with the increase of SEBS content,the overall anti-rutting performance of composite modified asphalt is better,and the anti-fatigue performance is worse,and the temperature sensitivity is weaker.The multiple stress creep recovery test was performed on the modified asphalt with different SEBS content.The high temperature performance was evaluated by non-recoverable flexibility and strain recovery rate.It is found that the higher the amount of SEBS,the greater the strain recovery rate and the less unrecoverable flexibility.In the end,the rheological experiments of the modified asphalt with different SEBS admixture were carried out.The low temperature performance was evaluated by k index and low temperature continuous grading temperature respectively.It is found that the low temperature performance is not continuously improved with the increase of SEBS content,and the low temperature performance of the modified asphalt with 6%SEBS is the best.
